Why is my CarCaddy VP unit leaving marks on the floor?

My CarCaddy VP is leaving dirt marks on the floor.

If your VP7K or VP12K is leaving dirt marks on your floor try cleaning the caster wheels. The wheel on the VP units can leave marks on the floor when they swivel if the wheels are not clean. To prevent the wheel from leaving marks clean the wheels and restrict the unit to indoor use.
