Why are the casters on my CarCaddy VP unit not turning?

If the caster wheels on you CarCaddy VP are not turning you should adjust the tension on the spring behind the wheel. There is a 3/8 nylock nut with a washer on a threaded stud with the spring if your castor don't turn loosen the spring tension by adjusting this nut with a wrench.
