Warning Error

F2 Not used.

F3 Not used.

F4 Battery voltage ‘becoming’ too high. Reduce braking levels or vehicle speed.  Check your charger output to make sure it is not over charging the unit as it may need to be replaced.

F5 Thermal foldback. Allow motor to cool, operate vehicle within specification.  Motor brushes worn out. Replace brushes.

F6 Controller over-temperature. Allow controller to cool and check drive train for debris/binding.

F7 Out-of-Range programming. Check all parameters are within permitted limits. Contact service agent to send in controller for reprogramming.

F8 Default settings restored after re-flash. Cycle power if error persists contact service agent.

Main Error – Main Error – Handle bars will have to be returned to neutral once code is cleared.

F9 Internal memory error. Contact Service Agent as memory is corrupt or needs reprogramming.

F10 Direction selection error - both Fwd and Rev selected. Check direction switch
operation and connections. Check and/or replace potentiometer in unit.

F11 Seat or Tiller switch not closed. Check switch operation and connections. This is either e-stop is pressed in, wire has come out of the estop, or the brake is in the off position. If error persists contact service agent.

F12 Sequence error - the Footswitch or Direction switch is operated at power-up. Check
switch operation and connections. Potentiometer is off center on start up center the potentiometer to 2.48kΩ.

F13 Accelerator deflected at power-up. Check Accelerator operation and connections. Check potentiometer to make sure it is centered also check potentiometer wiper if bad replace potentiometer.

F14 Ride-on - forbidden input selected (Fwd, Rev, FS, Seat, Handbrake), when inching the
vehicle. Walkie - drive is attempted without releasing the belly switch after time-out period has passed. Reversing bump switch is held in for too long release reversing bump switch and return throttle to neutral.

F15 Battery voltage too low. Charge battery or check its condition and connections.  Charge the batteries inspect charger operation and fuses.

F16 Not used.

F17 Not used.

F18 High-side MOSFET error in neutral or while pulsing. Check motor insulation and line
contactor. If error persists, contact Service Agent.

F19 Low-side MOSFET error while pulsing. Check motor insulation. If error persists, contact
Service Agent.

F20 Motor over-current. Check programming of motor parameters. Check the motor from A1 to A2, then F1 to F2. with power disconnected inspect motor brushes.

Hard Error – Hard Error – Will require cycling of the key once cleared.

F21 Contactor coil error. Check contactor coil(s) and connections. Unit needs to be charged. if error persists it could be a bad contactor or controller. Contact service agent.

F22 Battery voltage too high. Reduce braking levels or speed.

F23 Low-side MOSFET error in neutral. Check motor insulation and line contactor. Unit needs to be charged or the contactor has gone bad, If error persists, contact Service Agent.

F24 Controller error or line contactor coil error. Check line contactor coil. If error persists,
contact Service Agent. ACC35K winch contactor has gone bad and/or the controller has gone bad.

F25 Contactor error. Check coil(s) & contacts.

F26 Controller error. Contact Service Agent to replace controller.

F27 Low-side MOSFET error before line contactor has closed. Check motor insulation and
line contactor. Accessory active at start up. Check to make sure the air compressor is off, and that the horn and lift switch are clear and functioning. If error persists, contact Service Agent.

F28 Controller does not see the throttle potentiometer. Bad potentiometer, potentiometer wires, Check middle harness to make sure it is connected and all wires are connected, check potentiometer 1kΩ resistors. If equipped with speed board check relays for sticking.
