How do you remove and install a controller in a 30K TT?

This article will show how to remove and install a new controller in your 30K terminal tractor.

First you shut off your master disconnect.

Next you will remove the component cover

Once removed you will see the controller on the top of the component panel on the left hand side.

You will need to remove the top panel bolt and loosen the 2 bottom bolts.

You will loosen the 2 bottom panel bolts to tilt the panel forward.

With the panel tilted remove and mark the wires. With the wires removed remove the controller with the 4 set screws and nuts on the back side of the controller.

 To install the new controller simply reverse the process.
