This guide will help walk you through the removal and installation of the transaxle.
Remove the front tip caster bracket circled in red.

Remove the back panel circled in red.

Slide the battery tray out. Remove the main positive and negative from the batteries pointed to in green.

Now lay down card board to protect the paint on the cart caddy and lay it front down while holding the hitch to the side to get access to the motor.

REMOVE THE DRIVE TIRES FROM THE UNIT.
REMOVE THE 2 OUTER EARS ON THE TRANSAXLE BRACKETS POINTED TO IN RED

NOW REMOVE THE 2 MIDDLE BOLTS ON THE MIDDLE TRANSAXLE BRACKET.

With that done just unhook the motor and brake wires and the axle can come out now. By disconnecting the brake wires 30 and 31 and lifting up on the tab on the Delphi plug (pointed to in yellow) and pulling back on the motor side (pointed to in red).

Remove and set aside the old transaxle.
To install the new transaxle simply set it inside the transaxle brackets.
Then reconnect your motor wires and brake wires. The brake wires 30 and 31 (it does not matter which wire 30 or 31 can go to any of the brake wires) and sliding in the motor harness to the motor plug (pointed to in red) until the locking tab is secure (pointed to in yellow).

Next using the same hardware install the middle transaxle bolts.

With the middle bracket secured install the outside axle bracket ears and tighten them all down.

Now reinstall the drive tires for the unit using the same lug bolts that were used to on the old axle.

Lift the unit back up and slide battery tray back in reconnecting the main positive and negative (pointed to in green).

Reinstall the back panel of the unit circled in red.

Now reinstall your tip caster (circled in red).

Confirm the brake is down in the locked position (9 o'clock position) and then turn the unit on and test.
