How do I convert/swap from spring ramp to wheel grab?

This article will be a step by step guide on how to convert from your ACC spring ramp to a wheel grab configuration.

  1. Remove the springs. 

           

   2. With the springs removed. Remove the spring tabs. 

         

      3. With a 3/8” Allen wrench and 15/16” remove the swivel plate. 

 

   4. Slide the swivel plate off being careful not to lose any of the ball bearings under the plate.  

   

   5. Find the cable that was provided and feed the side that is threaded to the front of the unit on the right side. 

     

 

   6.  Connect the provided handle bar to the frame of the unit right under the handle bar like the below picture.

      7. Now with the chain guard removed. Insert the bolts for the inner tab on right side inner. 

       

     

     8. Now feed the cable the rest of the way though the attaching it like the below picture.

       9.   Now attach the Cable pivot by attaching it with the two 3/8 x1” bolts, nuts and                         washers. 

 

      10. Now feed the threaded end of the cable through the Cable pivot. 

      11.  Install the wheel grab base plate like the attached (large weld nut on base plate towards         the middle of the machine). Reinstalling allen bolt and nut.
